pi phi informal

Any house that is under total is eligible for informal. Total is not related to formal recruitment. Not sure if Pi Phi had any quota additions, but if not, they were limited by quota for how many new members they could take.
Pi Phi was under total (due to graduating seniors and members dropping, and most houses had members drop last semester btw), so they were eligible for informal and decided to take advantage of it. Smart move on their part because it increases their membership. And they're probably only taking new members that their current members know anyways.

everyones doing informal because all the top tier sororities girls dropped liked flies when they couldn't party with TKE and Apes and phi psi but they didnt want people to know so they smudged their numbers and lied about it so now campus total is crazy high even though most of the chapters didn't have those numbers, so now everyones doing informal basically even if they made full pledge class numbers during recruitment because campus total is high bc the top tiers didn't wanna admit their sisterhood sucks and the girls would rather party with who they want then give a damn about their sororities. Yikes
