Not a Rho Gam, but the OP said 3pm on, so I'm assuming that means starting at 3pm. I wouldn't assume you're safe til 4 or so, unless a Rho Gam/Recruitment person wants to tell us otherwise.

Honestly though that seems kind of late. It used to be earlier in previous years.
