Ummmm you are clearly mis informed. Tri delt And AEPhi are both struggling more than they have in YEARS but axo, dz, and Dg have been having a great recruitment season.

Average return rate for philanthropy is 95%. DZ got 93% and tridelt got 99% what are you talking about???

tri delt had the second highest retention of all the chapters so ur clearly a hater lol

Unless u are recruitment chair, u shouldn’t know these numbers bc recruitment chairs are not allowed to share the data nor do u know for sure if they’re accurate... I hope a recruitment chair wouldn’t be posting on here. Stop arguing about prospective numbers that dont even tell you much

thanks to the girl who wrote the long post. she’s right and a lot of this is public info right now bc we’re all switching from three to two pref. parties and PHA explained more about the numbers for recruitment to CRO/VPRs/etc.
it’s also part of the $$$ convo. the top tier chapters have bigger budgets for less people each round. imho
DG/PiPhi
APhi
all have huge budgets and do well
KD/KAT/DDD
ChiO
all have okay budgets but work really hard on other parts, on doing better than the others shows quickly bc they dont have the budgets to cover it up
AZD/Zeta
AXO/AGD
all have something going for them but mess up a bit and dont have big budgets (besides Zeta, where nationals is essentially paying to keep them in this group)
GPB/DZ
AOPi
AEPhi
Kappa
all are nice girls but whether itheir budget is stretched too thin or their new, they struggle

Isn’t Theta the only chapter that calls their VPR CRO? Good to know they spend so much time counting the numbers of girls in line returning to each sorority’s parties.

This is an ABSURD POST! Somebody is clearly desperate to keep the “tiers” in place by whatever means.
WHO THE HELL knows what a group’s budget is?? Nobody except the group itself knows how much is spent. Do you honestly think that Kappa with their Hdqtrs. in Columbus and scads of wealthy alumnae are hurting for money? Gamma Phi and DZ too. And anybody being new does not mean they struggle. If anything, it’s a drawing card.
PLEASE just let recruitment finish and STFU!!!

all chapters deserve a chance, but the person your criticizing is right. even if everyone’s budget was $3000 and equal, the newer and lower chapters struggle bc they have to invite back more girls per round

Being a creepy stalker and trying to count how many PNMs are at each party won’t help you be better at recruitment. Focus on your own chapter instead of worrying about what the top chapters are doing. What’s next, are you going to put a spy outside KD’s house to see if you’re cross rushing any PNMs?

i feel like everyone is hating on theta bc they work really hard at recruitment and i guess that’s not cool? seriously, all chapters want to do well and i feel like people are jealous and dragging others down. good for theta that they care so much, good for tridelts reno, good for chio getting a new house. let your accomplishments and recruitment speak for themselves and dont drag others down.
