tridelt house

can someone tell me what is going on with Tri delt’a house? i heard they have dormers, but then they didn’t show them on the house tour and say that they’re redoing their house and showed bedrooms with no dormers??

They have dormers but they dont show them during recruitment because they dont want that do dissuade pmns. From what I heard most new members that live in end up in those. Whether or not they are getting rid of them (which I think would be wise) is unknown to me.

i asked and they said theyre getting rid of them and no one has to sleep in them in between

apparently the apartment complex behind the house is theirs, so while i didnt see it, upperclassmen live there and then the sophomores get first pick of main house rooms

also they decorate the room the way you want it...?!? i dont understand this completely but you pick a style of room and then the alums do everything for you...? idr

i personally like their house, aopi, and theta’s best. theirs seemed classic but modern and cool, aopi’s lofts are so fun! and theta’s is really pretty outside

the girl told me they have them, but next year every bedroom is getting redone with different bedroom themes and all new furniture. She also said theyre getting a patio outside and a gym which sounds cool! I wish I could have seen the dormer though

I was so obsessed with their downstairs, if the rest of their house looks like the new part I think itll look similar to what I saw at pi phis house! I loved how bright and updated tridelt and pi phi are compared to other house

What did it look like before? Is it new? the house seems older/historic from outside. feels like real home/house inside, not like a student t housing.

they are gonna say whatever to get you in there. truth be told they dont even know whats going on and what they can afford. if you care about your living situation, dont go tridelt. it is super far and old.

You havent even seen this house, the part that actually has been renovated is more nice than any other house on campus besides maybe Pi Phi. And I guess the house is going to stay the same on outside because it has such a historic look and tridelt was the 3rd chapter here after pi phi and theta

their house is old, but feels historic, not dirty. my girl said that their house was donated to them by an alum and they were the first to have a greek style home so they and their alums want to keep the outside.

chio’s brand new house looks really similar, so obviously it’s a pretty style. between the house and the alums buying them the apartments it was apparently $1.2million

my favorite physical houses:

ddd/pi phi (both have old upstairs)
kd/theta (both pretty and unique)
aopi/azd (both have nice bedrooms)

i dont like kappa (feels like a dorm), gamma phi’s, chi o’s (tbf it’s changing), or agd (it does feel old and dirty)
