this is so dumb. this also includes what chapters have:
- less seniors last spring
- less girls graduating early
- more girls transfering to osu from other schools
- chapters that allow 5th year participation
- chapters who havent had to increase dues
unless you know all these factors, and more, for each house, it honestly doesnt matter. osu all recruit to total, so every house will be the same size (+/-2%) by the end of recruitment. Only those incredibly far behind would be cause of concern.
