Why does everyone on campus hate Zeta? Considering going through rush and I'd like to fully understand everyones thoughts

They are annoying and try to make everyone think they're good basically

Came to campus all high & mighty (as most new chapters do), but don’t accept that you start from the bottom. Consistently trying to make themselves seem more relevant by tearing other chapters down. Half are nice; half are superficial top-tier rejects.
