frat purely social ranks

Phi Psi(off)-Reputation of stuck up private school trust fund kids who love their deep house. Struggling a little since going off campus but still one of the best social frats. Their pool party and camping weekend are always a highlight of the year.

Sig Chi(On)-Only "top" frat thats still on campus. Universally considered one of the best but honestly their parties/blocks have been super lame since they have to follow strict IFC rules. Biggest chapter but all the guys seem the exact same.

Sammy(off)- Only off campus frat that really knows how to run off campus since they've been kicked off so many times lol. They have the most fun parties/blocks imo out of any frat. Pretty sure ATO is taking their main house which is just a waste but they have the octo which is top 3 if not the best annex at osu. Super cool upperclassmen but their sophomore pc was lame, this next semester is important and could go either way.

Delt(on)- They have been on the rise since all the other relevant frats
have been kicked off. Opposite of Sammy, upperclassmen are beat but their newest pc has super cool guys and their new house is awesome. Even though theyre getting better they struggle getting girls to their parties and their blocks are a hit or miss.

Ksig(on)- Since they got in trouble last year they havent been the same. Alot less fun this year than previous years and their newest pcs have been pretty beat. They have some super cool guys and fun parties historically, this coming rush will decide where they go from here. Slip n slide party used to be my favorite event all year too bad its over :(

SAE(on? off?)- Clearly dont know much about them so can't give an accurate description. I have friends who really like them and friends who really dont and they can throw down, thats all I got.

TKE(off)- Personally not the biggest fan but I know girls (pretty much just pi phi) who absolutely love them. They were the only frat who rushed freshman in the fall which just showed how desperate they are but their parties are fun I guess. Good mix of cool guys and creeps.

AEPI(off)- Huuuuge range of guys going from some of the coolest guys I know in Greek life to some of the biggest losers Ive ever met. I love their blocks but losing their main annex APES was a huge blow for them. They really have nowhere to party next year which is going to be a huge problem for their future and recruitment.
