The sororities that will recruit well:
KD—always really pleasant girls, of the upper tiers one of the more popular and less isolating ones. Doesn’t make PNMS feel intimated.
Chi O—great personalities, super KIND girls, very welcoming
Kappa—even though kappa has had some bumps they’ve definitely stepped up their game and I genuinely believe they will do well
A Chi O—recruited well last year, very passionate about their philanthropy which many PNMS are drawn to, genuine girls
DZ—insta aesthetic is really really cute, always kind hearted
Fuzzy—cute house, very welcoming

Just pure honesty kappa will not have a good recruitment. Members aside, none of them have ever been on this side and it is so overwhelming. The newest pledge classes always struggle more and that’s with older girls giving advice and helping them out. Also pnms want to be a part of something with more foundational sisterhood and presence on campus. Colonized chapters never do well in their first recruitment, once they have some experience they’ll improve but this first one is going to go pretty rough like usual.

New chapters have something that more established chapters often lack—lots of excitement. If they use their newness and enthusiasm to their advantage, they’ll do okay. And you forget they aren’t “new” as in no contacts or alumnae help. They’ll have tons of help and lots of legacies going through.
They may or may not do well—it’ll be interesting to see how they compete. I am sure of one thing—they will be well-prepared for their first true recruitment,

I would definitely agree with this list (besides maybe kappa because I didnt see them when I went through rush besides mtc) these houses were definitely the ones I felt most comfortable in and did not feel as fake and scripted as some of the other places did.

even though DZ is bottom they’re still gonna do better than gamma phi or aoii—OP was probably trying to be inclusive regardless of tier
