frats in order

Frats here will never be the same - but here are the most accurate rankings you’re gonna get. These are based on parties and what kind of guys are in the frat, not based on who is on or off.

Top

1. Phi psi — obviously the best one, guys are loaded and they always have really good party’s. They have to step their game up in recruiting if they want to stay at the top though.

2. Sig chi — really cool guys and also have really good parties.

3. Kappa sig — hasn’t done well on their last pledge class but has a lot of really cool older guys. Don’t really throw parties but when they do they’re easily one of the funnest frats.

Lower top

4. Sammy - People always assume that Sammy isn’t active for some reason. They are actually really active when it comes to partying. They throw down for-sure.

5. Tke - Tke will always be tke, but they are obviously going down hill from being kicked off. They have trouble filling up blocks, but They still have some of the hottest girls at their blocks. Just because the older guys in it.

Upper middle

6. SAE — Sae is really fun and have really big blocks because they always joint them. Really average girls at their block. They had some cool guys and some weird guys. All in all a solid frat.

7. Aepi — People stop trying to put Aepi in your top. They have a lot of weird guys. Honestly their only relevant because of their big house. Other than that. Their a pretty average frat.

8. Delt — Delt is fun and have fun block, although a lot of weird sorority’s go to their blocks. Overall their also pretty average.

Every other fraternity is irrelevant
