TriDelt and Alpha Phi houses are nothing special.

Theta and kappa have the best/prettiest houses as far as outside landscaping and architecture and the houses look nicely decorated on the inside. DG has nice furniture in their rooms since everything is new. Pi phi is just big but not nice as the others
