frats vs bars

do a lot of people go to frats for parties other than block or is it mainly bars? I feel like the bar scene is big here compared to the frats. and do upperclassmen go to frats or what? just tryna get a feel for this campus

SigEp’s adoption of alcohol-free rules for our chapter house means that social events with alcohol are hosted off-site, at third-party venues which are more safe and indeed are more fun for brothers and guests than stereotypical fraternity house parties.

If youre in greek like you go to frat parties and have fun at them. If youre not you dont. Campus bar scene is pretty limited now tho
