REST ARE IRRELEVANT
-TKE is nothing like they used to be and have been struggling getting people to their blocks
-Kappa sig has not done well in the last few recruitments
-Sammy has still been having great parties

Move Sammy into the upper category and there should be no particular order. I think it’s all preference in the Upper tier

If you have been to any social events this semester you would realize they are all that matter. Real frats cant have fun parties bc of ifc rules and the off campus parties/blocks ive been to at phi psi and sammy have been 10x more fun
