Go find out for yourself during rush. Here you will get a bunch of biased opinions of the two. Get to know some of the guys rather than read a bunch of garbage from people who aren't in those fraternities but claim to know everything.

Both Top Tier

Phi Psis are typically the best looking and best dressed
TKEs are a little more rowdy and diverse and party harder

Both stand above the others because they have the reputation- people constantly want to rush them, they hang with the best sororities, each have awesome houses. \n\n\n\n\n

They don't compete with eachothwr when it comes to rush. Chances are that if you love Phi Psi then you won't love TKE and vice versa. They recruit different guys. Phi Psi mostly recruits guys from wealthy families and a lot of the guys are really rich. TKE is more diverse in every factor

They have had the reputation of being the best at osu for awhile. The difference between them and middle tier is that TKE and Phi Psi will only have events with the Top 6 sororities they don't really have events ever with middle tier and lower tier. They will just have multiple events with the big 6. The middle tier has events spread out with the big 6 and middle tier sororities

Go to a phi psi or TKE party and then one of the middle tier ones and see if they are even comparable.

Girls love Phi Psi and TKE the most out of the fraternities that are left on campus.
