Yes. It’s not that KD is becoming more relevant, it’s that alpha phi is becoming less relevant so KD is moving up by default

are both not supposed to have block, so that's nothing new. from my friends in both chapters, they have to fill out a stupid amount of paperwork, and then assume liability for the frat. i dont blame them for not waiting to do that for theta chi or some other boring group
