frat ranks not based on suspensions in order!!

Upper top tier:
Phi Psi, Kap Sig, Sig Chi, TKE
Lower top tier: Beta, SAE, Delt, Sammy
Upper Middle: AEPi, Phi Delt ,
Lower Middle: Pike, Fiji, Sig Ep
Relevant bottom: Theta Chi, Delta sig, ZBT and some others

These are the most accurate ranks you're gonna get! Ive been here for 4 years and watched frats rise and fall. I am ranking not based off of suspension but buy how fun their guys are and their parties. TKE/SAE/SAMMY will obviously throw bangers even if they are suspended. Phi Psi will be back next year and Kappa sig will be back before the end of the semester so stop self ranking your frats because the top ones are suspended and cant have social events yet. Just enjoy your little time to shine and don't self rank

Move tke below aepi and move beta below pike and this is accurate. Phi psi phi delt and aepi are all underground as well now along with the frats you already mentioned

Tke is irrelevant with their whopping new 6 person pc, when was the last time you heard someone say “hey did you go to that kappa sig party ln”, phi psi is not coming back they are going underground, and since when tf has beta been anywhere near top

It’s phi psi sig chi and everyone else considering kappa sig hasn’t thrown anything this semester. There’s a pretty substantial gap between the lower top and upper mid now after tke only got a 7 person pc and phi delt and aepi are, well, still phi delt and aepi. That’s it for real relevant frats between a huge gap between aepi / phi delt and those in the lower mid (essentially the true bottom of legitimate frats)
