the rows are just personal preference (they're in order by mine, but everyone's should vary a bit) top three are easy. kd performed normally, trid did well, theta's poor recruits from the last few years recruited poorly, so there's no way you can say they're better than the other two. chio did normally, and axid did well. after that, the only thing to argue about is kappa/zeta/gpb. they reality is that nationals brings on better chapters than the chapter can support once they recruit. so while gpb did okay picking, their girls and having to invite nearly everyone back has hurt. zeta did very well colonizing, but inviting almost everyone back bc they have to ruined the pretty girl image. kappa will come back at least as strong as zeta did, and wont have to recruit and invite girls back for a year (plus they have a way nicer house) so reality is, they're better
