Honestly, calling new members 'babies' is not done anymore. It is considered a somewhat demeaning term, although there are far worse things, but nevertheless as such it falls into the category of hazing. So stop.

You’re kidding me right. That’s what this page calls half of the new girls. “The kappa babies are the hottest” “what do you think of the zeta babies?” etc. So calm yourself. Everything doesn’t has to be offensive, especially if you don’t allow it to be. Learn to let small, stupid things like this roll off of your shoulders before you’re half way through you’re life and companies don’t want to promote you because you cause petty problems
