being dropped — getting over sadness

any advice for getting over being dropped after preference round?? It’s hard seeing all my friends excited to join their chapters when I never got the chance :(

Unless you didn't maximize your options, you weren't dropped after preference. I'd need more details to understand how to respond.

I got asked back to two and didn’t get a bid to either

If your prefed 2 and listed both you should have gotten a bid. Something doesn’t add up here.
