i dropped out of formal recruitment
by: droppedI saw my schedule for today and was absolutely devastated so I dropped. It’s humbling to know that certain chapters saw something great in me, but I feel horribly because I didn’t feel at home/myself in the houses from the get-go. I am considering Kappa and informal recruitment, but I don’t know who all participates and what it’s all about. All my friends have had a great experience during recruitment and I am happy for them but I can’t help but to compare myself to them and be envious that they are so happy. Does anyone have any advice? /:

You should be envious that they were willing to give chapters a chance. But I'm glad you dropped instead of stringing along the chapters and that you realize you may have truly disappointed women who were looking forward to speaking with you today.
Try for KKG and informal, but i'm willing to be the same chapters that will consider you for informal are the same chapters you decided you didn't want to give a chance to today. And maybe I'm wrong.
