For sororitys, how exactly DO you rank and choose whether a PNM will come back or not? Is it a number grade, a yes/no, letter grade, what is it??

selection is different at every house and is typically something they wouldnt share until you join and are recruiting with them

sorry, no one is going to tell you that, it's ritual and varies from house to house

yeah to reiterate, this varies by chapter and is considered ritual, so it's not something anyone's going to post about on a website, and if you do read a "this is how XYZ chapter chooses pnms" or "this is what sororities are looking for" post, you should take it with a grain of salt. If you carry a good conversation, dress in a way that's flattering to you (I don't mean all designers/the newest trends/you need to be a model but know what looks good on you and wear what makes you confident) and you have a solid resume with good grades, you've got a shot at any house. It's 90% about fit/conversation, so don't waste any time worrying and instead just get excited to see where you end up!
