new year frat ranks

Here’s how I see the upcoming frat ranks for the semester once the suspension gets lifted for the new year :)
Top
Tier 1: Phi Psi, Sig chi
Tier 2: Kappa Sig, Sae/Delt
Middle
Tier 3: Aepi, Phi Delt
Tier 4: Ato, Fiji
Tier 5: Pike/Sig Ep, Beta
Bottom
Tier 6: Zbt, Delta sig, Delta Chi/Pi Kapp

Wasn’t sure where to put tke and Sammy because I’m not sure how well or if they’ll be able to survive underground, so time will tell where they rank and who else will get kicked off or put on cease and desist (yes Sammy is going to get kicked off again, it’s inevitable)

Keep in mind, Phi psi is on cease and desist. Aepi cant have parties til october. Kappa sig is about to be suspended. The school will continue to make greek life crap for everyone

So given all the upheaval it’s clear who will fall (easy to tell, they will be kicked off ) - but who will rise? Beta with their house? Sig Ep cause they are set up to succeed in a no fun world? Delta chi and the rest to rise up a Tier?

Lower teirs stand to benefit from the suspensions because more guys who wouldn’t normally go to their events will give them a try. The ones that stand to benefit the most are mid and top tier frats that will be fully back (think Delt, ATO, Phi Delt, FIJI, Beta, Etc.) since more quality guys will check them out and bid there. Frats that are suspended or have limitations will probably suffer since no one wants to join an org that won’t be able to have events for a semester or longer.

TKE (and KapSig and Sammy if th suspension rumors are true) will exist but underground frats usually suffer in membership cuz not a lot of people will take that risk. I mean if something bad happens at an underground party you’re caught you technically can be suspended or worse because your org is not allowed so not a lot of guys wanna risk that.

If you’re doing that with tke and Sammy kappa sig shouldnt Be in there either their as likely to get the boot as Sammy

Aepi is not better than Phi delt, especially with their suspension

I'd switch Sig Ep and even Pike with Fiji. I also think if AEPi wasn't on sopro until october (??) I'd say they're closer to Delt and SAE and Phi Delt is closer to ATO/Pike/Sig Ep. Fiji kicked out a bunch of their older members for "hazing" ... and their newest classes have been kinda bad to where I'd put them with Beta for now. Delta Chi shouldn't even be on here at all, I'd put Pi Kapp with Fiji and Beta. A Pike told me their nationals has a plan after ZTA takes their house in 2 years but if they don't I think they're falling off completely

SAE also can’t have socials until March. Their national org put all SAE chapters on so pro until March.

Tier 4 and down need adjusting a little:
Tier 4: ato and beta
Tier 5: SigEp, zbt, delta Sig
Tier 6: pike, Fiji, delta chi, pi kapp

Beta is on par with ato and pike and Fiji and fallen way off with pathetic blocks and parties.
