gpa for freshman spring recruitment

If I am a freshman that is rushing do the sorority houses ask for your first semester GPA?

If you don't have a 3.0 or higher, don't bother rushing until you get your grades up. Houses don't want to see their GPA drop because a member doesn't have good grades.

When you go through recruitment the sororities already have your GPA from the college. So that’s how the first round is done by the GPA cutoff. If you have a 3.0 or above you are fine. Anything below that and it will matter regardless of the reason.
