Could go either way. If I was rushing and choosing solely between those two, I'd probably lean towards Beta just because of the potential that comes with the new house.

Beta has that new house, which will help with recruitment. FIJI has their new Annex on 15th and has gotten really wild this year. Beta isn’t on FIJI’s level yet, but you can’t go wrong with either if you’re looking for a rising chapter!

FIJI solely because of the location of their annex, Beta's is too far away. That Beta chapter house is beautiful though.

MY sorority doesn't do things with either chapter that much, but FIJI has drastically changed with that new annex. Live nearby and literally always hear them lol. Don't know much about Beta besides they have a nice house.
