Explanation: top 3 are pretty obvious, Sammy has dg for block which is the only reason they're at 4, delts at 5 because I couldn't justify putting anyone ahead of them, TKE above SAE at 6 since SAE is on sopro for the semester, almost put phi delt ahead of SAE and have potential to pass them this semester, aepi at 9 just not better than phi delt in my opinion, ATO at 10, Fiji at 11 with new annex, pike is dropping harder than a rock and they won't be mentioned on this list this time next year because they won't have a house, beta has a sweet house but the quality of the brothers needs to improve and sig ep is listed only because it's a big chapter

Can someone explain the hype around sammy? They seem like Phi Psi wannabes tbh. As a girl, I personally don't know any cute guys in the entire frat. DG always leaves their block with them right after all the other blocks open up. Overrated.

people don't really understand the aepi, phi Delt, ato rank unless they go to their events. This year so far ato has been better than phi Delt, and aepi hasn't done much besides joint IU block
