official rankings fall 17

Alot of changes already happening. Enough of the self ranking these are how the rankings actually are

FRATERNITIES :

TOP: (in order)
PkP (Top house by far, best block, parties etc)

Sammy, Sig Chi, TKE, Kappa Sig

(Sammy has come out strong and jumped Sigma. Sig chi is still top 3, but have not been as strong this year. Barstrool was not impressed as they mentioned in their article and podcast. TKE started strong with TKEI, (best party during sylly week along with pkp's pool party),got on Trending houses on collegeweekly, and Kappa Sig has had very good blocks and parties, definitely a top tier. Best 5 frats, huge drop off after these frats.

Upper Mid/Mid:
Delt, Aepi (Apes is rising. Joint block with SAE was the best of Indiana block). Delt is doing well but do not have enough socials with the 'top' soroities to consider them top.

SAE , Phi Delt (SAE on so pro for the semester hurts them bad, Phi delt on the rise.

DG/ Aphi / Pi Phi (Top 3 sorority's on campus. Just a personal preference to determine 1/2/3)

KD (Loves Ksig. Pretty girls.)
Theta/chi O/Tri delt (Tri Delt is on the rise, strong pledge class)

Mid:
Fuzzy, Agd, Axo (Typical mid's. Mixed with party girls and academic girls)


Bottom:
Zeta/Aephi / Gamma Phi (Zeta you arent mid yet. Aephi is underrated on this site, have a lot of friends in sammy/aepi.

That the National Board of Directors will address and may take charter action on any chapter which refuses to implement a complete substance-free policy by August 1, 2020 and a substance-free transitional policy August 1, 2018.
