You're right to some extent in that most girls go to the block they want to go to and it dosent matter who they're paired with. What it does show though is what frats have especially good relations with sororities and helps make more accurate ranks. Sammy got the majority of a top tier sorority to say they like them which shows that they too could potentially become top, meanwhile pike got denied by like 4 or 5 different orgs and that makes them look terrible
