predictions for future tiers

I'm new to greek life, so I don't have much input on this. I'm wondering, based on current trends, what sororitys and frats do you think will shift in tier in the next coming years?

DG will eventually be undoubtfully the top sorority here
Other sororitys rising are tridelt, axid and achio

Keep trying their house is big but looks like a box. There are plenty of crap fraternities with nice houses, they will continue to be a bunch of goobers that block with bottom tier sororities
