In the fall, pretty doable if you're a chill guy who can put himself out there. In the spring its really competitive and you better have a combination of connections in the fraternity and be very cool in order to have a good shot.

Because thats the time where Freshman rush, but were not really that type of school where being in a specific fraternity can get you laid, except for freshman frat rat girls. Choose a fraternity that fits you, with that being said it is not at all difficult just be chill.
