whats the actual difference between "tiers"
by: jujuWhat makes a top frat different than a middle or lower tier frat? Are lower tier frats really that bad to be in? Do they party? Would the average person in the greek community look down on you for being in a middle or lower tier frat? How much do middle and lower tiers party compared to phi psi and other top frats?
