this makes most sense. DG and Sig Chi are close. pi phi and sig chi aren't friends this time last year hated each other they are closer with tke and from what i've heard they want to block with them again. a phi and phi psi are best friends and seems they are lock on block partners. Sammy is still too small to have a block partner yet. do agree KD got way too good of a pledge class to be left out of sig chi consideration.

I know older DG's and Sammy are close but..those older DG's will be graduated by next fall, also Sammy is just too small to get someone like DG for block

There is no way phi felt would be dumb enough to ask a bottom tier sorority to block. They're already considered a falling fraternity and this would just break them. I could see phi felt with chi o, theta, axid, or agd.
