I don't think you can blame Gee for houses closing, when he was here his second go around, Greeks loved him. Sororities closed in the 90s to early 2000s due to dwindling numbers. Fraternities closed also, some were kicked off like Fiji and Delt, others closed for dwindling numbers. Some houses barely survived during the lean years, when there was less interest in Greek life nationally and at OSU, but made it through and are doing well now.

Phi Mu closed in the 90s and their house is between AXO and Alpha Sigma Phi. Too bad they sold it.
Then Zeta and ADPi presented for extension, Phi Mu was also invited to present but they backed out. Don't know why.
