question about my top two choices

so one of my top two is top tier and the other is bottom...is that a normal thing? do girls usually "cross pref" with such different houses?

Yes I'm not sure if it's "normal" but I prefed Alpha Epsilon Phi and AlphaPhi

It probably happens all the time. Not all of us know about this site to know about "tiers" I only heard about it from recruitment a week ago..and I pref'd KD and a "lower" house so I think you are normal.

Yes. Cross preffing between tiers is very normal and common. It happens all the time.
