up and coming frats

Hey so im going to be rushing next year and i want to join an up and coming frat, from this site i've determined some of those are:

Phi delt, AEPi, ATO. Pike, Sigep, FIJI, Beta theta pi, Chi Phi,ZBT, and Sig Pi

what are everyones opinions on them? thanks

First, get into OSU. Then Phi Delt, ATO and AEPi are the only
Ones on that list worth joining right now...

I'd add PIKE and FIJI to that, girls in my chapter enjoy hanging with both of them!
