Not to be negative or anything, but are the outfits today kinda weird, or is it just me. This is based mostly off of Instagram, but a lot of them are kind of offputting or inappropriate for recruitment. It's great to be unique, but there's a point where it looks unprofessional.

Love Gamma Phi's, DG's, Alpha Xi's as a whole though.

I checked out instagram as suggested, and I actually think the Chi O's look classy. Who is it that looks almost like they're headed to a lingerie party?

I'm confused why some chapters look so fancy in all dresses and others so casual in sweaters and pants

Alpha phi was in the metallic night gowns... actually made me feel really uncomfortable - most of them were practically naked...

Recruiters are supposed to be dressing in the same categories as PNMS that is why you're all given guidelines and feel appropriate and not out of place at houses. With that said some chapters interpret those guidelines in different ways

does each house decide on outfits together or is it just a few people who make the dress code rules each round? i didn't have a problem with anyones outfits just curious how the process worked :) I'm so tired but it all seems like a lot of work on your guys end too!

Good question! The recruitment team (usually the vp of recruitment and usually a recruitment committee) in each sorority decides outfit themes, which are approved by alum advisors in most if not all chapters. Sororities then have outfit checks at some point before recruitment to 1) see how the outfits look together and 2) make sure everyone's outfits actually match the theme/are appropriate (correct colors, not too short, etc)
