What are the new frat rankings with pledge classes now basically set?

Sig Chi
Kappa Sig, TKE
Delt, SAE
Phi Delt

can someone explain how this works for the guys?? they just randomly get bids throughout the week instead of a "bid day" like we have? (we meaning girls/rushing a sorority)
