thoughts on the top houses so far?

i was EXTREMELY disappointed with these houses. i was really excited to go back to these ones in particular but alpha phi seemed so fake, dg seemed too good for us pnms which was such a turn off, and a pi phi girl didn't even know what their philanthropy was... I really don't know why these are considered "top houses" in general but i have definitely lost much respect for them. the most enjoyable houses were alpha xi, tri delta, and AEPhi!
