i'm pretty sure dg had a perfect return and dg and alpha phi were the only two houses to have 3 less parties last round so there's no way pi phi was the highest. but nice try. even if they did have a near perfect return they still had to invite back more than alpha phi did

"Perfect return" are you delusional? This is actually impossible since girls who drop recruitment entirely are factored into return rates. Also, having more parties and inviting more pnm's back means a higher return rate.... so idk what you're thinking, that's just common math. But thanks for playing!

the shorter number of rounds just means they invited less people back for philanthropy round... has nothing to do with return rate. "common math?" you're a dumb ass.

PHA gives the chapters the numbers to bring back for philanthropy round, and for each following round actually. They don't just pick them themselves...
