Does the no drinking thing apply to pnms as well? I know the actives get in trouble for drinking, but how do they know if a pnm went out...

You never know what girls have friends in fraternities or outside. It's better to not gout and get sloshed before recruitment because you will want to present a good image to chapters and you need to be refreshed and awake.
