There isn't a specific one. It always depends on how many sophomores they already have vs every other rank. Changes yearly.

What frats still accept transfer juniors if they have 2 years left? And would they be considered juniors or sophomores?

Your rank goes by the number of hours you currently have during that time. I think if you explain to them why you want to join and explain why you are there longer then you will be fine. It is the opposite, however, for sororities. Good luck and I think you will do fine!

When you say pnms are ranked best on credit hours, does that mean that the pnms with more credits are ranked lower on the list?

So I'm a sophomore by year (this is my second year here) but by credit hours, I'll be a senior after this semester. Should I explain to them that I have 2 more years? The university ranks me as a junior and I'm not sure if they see that or not...

No. Just go by your year. I was a senior by rank when I went through, but no one ever questioned me about it when I said my year instead
