Zeta owns it and will be tearing it down to build a new house.

Pike still has 3 years left in the lease with a 2 year option after that if pike chooses to stay there while they find or build a new house. So zeta won't be having a house there anytime soon.

pike is losing their house after this semester, and they have yet to find a replacement house
