So theres obviously the three top houses and then KD behind them. What mid tier sorority is next most like KD? I keep seeing a lot of different things

I'd say tri delt and agd are the closest in respects to having an equal balance of academics and partying

Go through recruitment and judge for yourself... Many girls are thrilled with their chapters irregardless of how they are ranked on this awful site.

Top three and then chi o, tridelt and kd. After that I'd say fuzzy. Down another level is zeta. Then down another level you have agd and theta.

Top five KD, pi phi, theta, alpha phi, DG .. Personal preference how you rank them

KD, Theta, XO, DDD and AGD are all mid tier. It's a personal preference. Many PNMs are turned off by KD because they try to hard to be top tier but just like the other mid tier PNMs, they were cut by the top 3. The biggest difference is KD goes around saying they are top tier where the other 4 don't care.

After the top 3 you have Theta, KD, DDD, XO and AGD
Then you have AXO and Fuzzy.

Theta, KD, and XO are on a different level from DDD and AGD. To say that they are equal to one another in any way is just not true. Even though I agree that they're all mid tier, there's just no way to say that DDD and AGD are on par with the other three.
