by: YoWho is rising and who is dropping after last year rush/will continue to after recruitment? More mid tier lets not kid ourselves that's the top 3 frats and sororities are dropping below anyone else.

Not sure how you can say any skrat fell since everyone got outstanding classes! Some houses, like alpha phi go mainly for looks, most of the rest go for a more well rounded girl with some personality. Obviously Theta and Chi O are more interested in grades, achievements, legacies, and girls they meet and like instead of how much the girl parties. Every house has knock out girls.

But they clearly aren't. There's no way any of them are falling below anyone else without probation or getting kicked off.
