What fraternities have lots of smart people, legitimate brotherhood, good parties, active involvement with service and don't haze too much?
Also does anyone know if there is a preview for fraternities like there are for sororities?

The three that come to mind based on your description are Delt, ATO and Pike. No one fraternity is gonna meet all your wishes though; at some point you're gonna have to make some trade-offs.

Chapters that come to mine would be Delt, Sig Ep, FIJI, and ATO for a good balance.
