You definitely can, there might be a slight stigma but it's really not that weird

Not really a stigma, just have to really be on your A game since most sorority have their sophomore class nearly filled. I know a ton of people though who did formal their sophomore year and got bids (even me). Just be more open because houses will cut you because they don't want / need sophomores.

You will be fine. Large fraternities have spring classes of like 30. No one is really counting sophomores. Just b a chiller
