fall rush

I've heard that in the Spring Semester most of the top tier fraternities have a pretty good idea of which guys they'll be giving bids to before rush even starts. Is that true for the Fall Semester as well?

Not necessarily, it just depends on the frat

You never know how the fall semester will go. Especialy for frats. Frats don't abide by a tone of regulations with recruitment.
