Can't help you with dues but theta is an overall respected chapter. They sometimes get hate on here for not partying as much as some of the other houses, but they are probably one of the most well-rounded houses on campus. Typically rank somewhere from the lower top tier to middle tier depending on who you talk to.

10/10 would become a geed then join that poisonous deteriorating house

I'm in another chapter and have a lot of friends in Theta. I like them and have no complaints. All I will say is you better have good grades or they may not vote to allow you to reaffiliate.

They used to be good but went way downhill this past year. Their only two qualities they have going for them is chapter GPA and a nice house.

Thetas are classy and diverse.. Beautiful blonds and average girls .. All are very smart and involved in many areas of campus.. New pledge class is very brainy, good looking, and nice

Take this board with a grain of salt.. One very big theta hater lives on this site.., a few years ago it was hate all things Pi phi, it means nothing, she's crazy, just visit the thetas and judge for yourself, they are just nice girls who cut a wacko .. All groups have a mix of girls

If you're worried about dues, I'm pretty sure theta has one of highest ones. like maybe $1200 if I remember correctly. Check anyway in case that's inaccurate or maybe has changed though. Their rep is that they're boring, somewhat pretty and smart, but it seems frats generally dislike them for not partying, which is understandable. I still say don't really listen to this site.
