How can you honestly say that? Chi O has been with sig ep and phi Delt for block, while Tri Delt has been with Sae (not that any of those are bad but they're not wayyy better than Sae by any means) Also Tri Delt and AGD both party more than Chi O so if anything they should be mid top with kd. So like make an actual valid statement. You just sound like a bitter mid tier chapter that's slippin
