Who is phi kappa tau? I've never heard of them/ don't know any of their guys? Are they actually a good frat here?

Yes I would say that they may not be on the same level as Sigma Chi but they definitely can be placed right above Delt. They have the best brotherhood on campus and the parties are cool. They are definitely top tier. (I know four Kapps)

they're kinda small but their guys are generally chill and all of them are gentlemen. We really like them, wish they had more parties though

they're small. not relevant at all, but the guys are nice guys. if you want a small place w good brotherhood, good service ops, its good, if you want parties with top/middle girls ever and parties in general weekly, its not for you
