There is no chance that sae is that high, or rising. And pi phi and dg are interchangeable, you really can't compare the two

I really don't think you can put ZTA above Gamma Phi, because they're still too new. It doesn't make any sense. ZTA hasn't even been initiated yet nor have they had many socials. KD should be above Theta, they're falling hard.

Yeah, you really can't place a brand new chapter that hasn't had any social events above them. To be honest, ZTA might do well but they are not on the level of any established chapters yet and it will definitely take some time for them to move up. No one has seen them so we have no idea what the Zeta's are like.
