tiers of 2016

Here is what it seems a lot of people have been saying. These are the 12 relevant plus 3 "up-and-coming" fraternities. Order in tier is debatable, but the tiers seem to pretty up to date imo

Tier 1: Sig Chi, Phi Psi, Kap Sig
Tier 2: SAE, TKE, Delt
Tier 3: Phi Delt, ATO, AEPhi
Tier 4: Sig Ep, Pike, Fiji
Tier 5: Chi Phi, Beta, ZBT
